Raha Sudoku
Privacy Policy
Last updated: to be set on publication
Raha Sudoku (“the app”) is developed and published by TURNALAR CONSULTING - FZCO (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (Registration No. DSO-FZCO-52330), Office 54687-01, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the app on iOS and Android and the web version at play.turnalar.co/raha. It explains what information is used, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we do not collect
The app has no accounts. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The app does not request location permission.
2. Information that stays on your device
Your game progress, saved games, statistics, Daily Puzzle streak, settings (such as language, theme and haptics) and whether you bought “Remove Ads” are stored only on your device. On the web version, the same kind of information is stored in your browser’s local storage. We do not receive this information. Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data, deletes it.
3. Information collected by services we use
To keep the app free and to improve it, the app uses the services below. They are provided by Google, Apple and Google Play, which process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics. We collect anonymous usage events, for example: a puzzle was started, won or lost (difficulty, time, number of mistakes and hints), a hint step was viewed, the Daily Puzzle was solved, a result was shared, a rewarded ad was watched, “Remove Ads” was bought or restored, a setting was changed. These events contain no name, contact details or free text. The service also automatically collects a random app-instance identifier (not an advertising identifier), app opens and session length, app and operating-system version, device type, language, and an approximate country derived from your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored by Analytics). We do not use your advertising identifier for analytics. Google Signals and ads personalization in Analytics are turned off. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, analytics is collected only after you give consent. Analytics event data is kept for 2 months.
Crash reporting — Google Firebase Crashlytics (mobile app only). If the app crashes or hits an error, a crash report is sent so we can fix the problem. It includes technical information such as the error trace, device model, operating-system version, app version, free memory and storage, and a random installation identifier. It contains no personal information. Crash reporting is needed for the app to work reliably and is not tied to advertising.
Advertising — Google AdMob (mobile app only). The free version of the mobile app shows ads. AdMob may collect device information such as your advertising identifier, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, and ad interactions (impressions, clicks) to show ads, limit fraud and measure performance. On iOS, the app asks your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before your advertising identifier may be used for tracking; the question is asked after your first game, not at first launch. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on tracking. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app shows Google’s consent form before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. If you buy “Remove Ads”, the advertising service is not started at all. The web version shows no ads. In-app purchases — Apple App Store and Google Play. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment details; the app only learns that the purchase was made.
4. How we use information
To show ads and keep the app free; to understand which features are used and improve the app; to find and fix crashes and bugs. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it to build profiles about you.
5. Children
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
6. Your choices
Privacy options: Settings → Privacy options in the app (where available) lets you change your consent. On the web version, use the consent banner or the privacy link in the page footer.
iOS: change tracking permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android: reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
Remove Ads: buying “Remove Ads” stops all advertising and the advertising service.
You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because the app has no accounts, we cannot identify you from your request alone; contact us and we will help, including with requests to the services listed above.
7. Data retention
On your device or in your browser: until you delete the app or clear your browser data. Analytics: event data 2 months; anonymous user data up to 14 months. Crashlytics and AdMob: according to Google’s retention policies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
